So, what does ScooterTracker™ really do? 

Conventional life alert and monitoring systems offer a wireless push button that communicates with a base station in your home. The base station is connected to your telephone line. If you push the panic button, it sends a signal to the base station, which dials an operator letting them know you need help. The operator then calls an ambulance and your caregiver or doctor. If you go outside, your “panic button” may not work. If you travel, your system is useless.

ScooterTracker™ is a small mobile device that you take with you when you travel such as on your power scooter, power wheelchair, car, golf cart, mobile home, trailer, boat, or airplane.  You also wear a wrist-band or pendant push-button. Since ScooterTracker™ works on cell phone technology, you can travel just about anywhere in the United States and your panic button will work. But it also sends your GPS location… that means when you are in trouble as you travel (say on the golf course), ScooterTracker™ sends 911 your street address so help can find you! Easily configure your ScooterTracker™ from the web, or if you don't use the web, we'll give you a Live Operator that you can call!

ScooterTracker™ offers an optional automated alerting mode that can be used with any vehicle type. Simply bring ScooterTracker™ with you anytime you travel - whether by scooter, wheelchair, car, van, boat, bus, train, airplane and even golf cart - and you instantly have a remote monitoring and alerting system that benefits individuals with limitations and their caregivers. Requires Annual Service Agreement for service and warranty at time of initial purchase and for operations thereafter.

All hardware and software are covered under warranty as long as the corresponding Annual Service Agreement doesn’t expire from original purchase (warranty and Annual Service Agreement are transferable). Your ScooterTracker™ hardware will not work without an Annual Service Agreement. Please purchase the corresponding Annual Service Agreement at time of your ScooterTracker™ hardware purchase. If you already own ScooterTracker hardware, you may renew your Annual Service Agreement at any time BEFORE expiration.
